XPROMOS created an event-within-an-event that invited C-level customer executives to attend an exclusive half-day session with Sage executives during a larger corporate event. The greatest customer experience value came as the executives engaged and connected with one another, and became Sage advocates in the process. Post-analysis revealed that participating executive-level customers doubled their annual spend with Sage after the conference.
