XPROMOS helped Sage revive a dead email list by creating an innovative reengagement campaign. The interactive, digital instant win sweepstakes offered compelling weekly prizes with four email touches—each designed to get customers who had not responded to any email for over 6 months to reengage with Sage. XPROMOS created the emails, landing page, digital sweepstakes, and sourced and fulfilled the prizes.
The exact campaign results were not sharable :(. However, the client requested that the program be extended to continue to reengage contacts who were nearing the 6 month mark.
